Thermo Fisher completes acquisition of Phadia
For the third time this month, Phadia is making news here on IVDT Insight. Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. (which has also been the subject of many posts on this blog) reported last week that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Phadia. The latter is a global manufacturer of blood tests for clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergies and autoimmune diseases.
