The product offering for the popular ImmPACT series of peroxidase-based chromogen substrate kits has been expanded. The ImmPACT kit formulation is available for all of the company’s existing, unique-colored substrates, including ImmPACT DAB (brown), ImmPACT AEC (red), ImmPACT VIP (purple), ImmPACT SG (gray/blue), and ImmPACT NovaRED (red). The new ImmPACT kits utilize novel chemistry to generate greater sensitivity and crisper, darker-staining precipitates than traditional peroxidase substrates. These key features enable potential cost-savings with further dilution of primary antibodies in addition to easier interpretation of results through enhanced contrast. The ImmPACT substrate kits are well suited for single or double staining using immunohistochemistry methods on tissue sections and cells. All of the ImmPACT substrate kits can be applied manually or used on automated staining instruments.
