MAJOR MARKETS:

KMC Systems provides its KMC360 services to OEM companies that market instrument systems with medical and research applications. These market segments include laboratories with clinical diagnostic, life science research, and analytical applications. KMC also provides it services to OEM companies that serve a broad and diverse range of medical environments for diagnostic imaging, surgical and therapeutic procedures, including, but not limited to computed topography, hemodialysis, interventional cardiology, tissue ablation, therapeutic cell processing, and minimally invasive biopsy.

DESIGN
We provide a broad range of engineering support services to meet your changing needs. Development capabilities range from complete systems and major subassemblies to instrument enhancements, feasibility studies, and design reviews. Our expertise encompasses the full range of engineering disciplines including systems engineering, optics, fluidics and thermal management, precision motion control, electronic circuit design, and software development for instrument firmware and graphical user interface.

MANUFACTURING

Our production support services include complete instrument system assembly and performance testing, strategic material sourcing, purchasing and inventory management, spare parts management, depot repair, and instrument refurbishment. All aspects of instrument system production are managed by our proprietary automated shop floor control system creating a virtually paperless production environment.

FIELD SERVICE

KMC offers after sale technical services for its contract manufacturing customers and other instrument manufacturers. Our capabilities include on-site instrument repair, preventative maintenance, and instrument installation including IQ, OQ, and PQ. Customers have secured access to all their service data which is managed via a comprehensive web-based service software system that tracks the status of service calls, repair, costs, and quality data by instrument.
